No prior breathwork experience needed. Sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are — all you need to do is show up, put on your headphones, and breathe. I'll guide you through everything.
Each session runs 60-90 minutes — pre-session landing, breathwork journey, and post-session integration. Lying down with headphones on. Some experience emotional release, vivid imagery, or deep rest. Your only job is to breathe.
