I'm a business coach and breathwork facilitator based in the Pacific Northwest. My path here wasn't linear — but looking back, it makes complete sense. I started in public health and women's studies, learning how bodies work, how communities function, and what actually supports human wellbeing.
Then I moved to the Columbia River Gorge and found myself — quite literally — as a wedding planner. Full-time. Business owner. Keeping up with every trend, every client, every moving piece (I know, quite the pivot — my door is always open if you want the full story).
A decade later came the reckoning. Burnout. Overwhelm. Overcapacity. Resentment. Disconnection. The list goes on — and if you're here, you probably know it. There's a moment — and sometimes, like in my case, it chooses you — when something shifts and you can't unsee it anymore.
Here we are — pouring everything into our work and wondering why it still doesn't feel sustainable. I watched it happen in my clients, my peers, and myself. The systems we were using weren't built for us. So I stopped trying to make them fit and built something different.
That's rhythm-led — a framework I developed and have been teaching ever since. It's not about doing less or lowering the bar — it's about building something that actually fits how you work. One that holds the strategy and the humanity of running a business, because you can't separate the two. If you've made it this far, you already know something needs to shift. I'm here to help you figure out what that looks like for you.
The framework is built. The work is real. Whether you're ready for the depth of private coaching, want to explore breathwork as a business tool, or are looking for a resource to begin on your own — there's a place for you here. This is where the work gets specific, practical, and entirely built around how you actually operate. No cookie-cutter frameworks. No one-size-fits-all approaches. Just strategy that fits.
The most productive thing you can do is sometimes nothing at all.
Rest isn't the reward you get after the work is done. It's part of the work. When you build rest into your rhythm intentionally — not as a collapse, but as a design choice — your capacity expands, your clarity sharpens, and your output actually improves. This isn't permission to do less. It's an invitation to do things smarter.
Your nervous system knows things your to-do list doesn't.
Most business advice ignores the body entirely. But your energy levels, your gut responses, your capacity on any given day — these aren't inconveniences to push through. They're data. When you learn to read what your body is telling you and build your strategy around it, everything shifts. The body isn't a liability in business. It's one of your most reliable tools.
There's a natural order to things. Your business is no exception.
Most productivity systems ask you to override your natural cycles and show up the same way every day. Rhythm-led framework does the opposite — it maps your energy, your seasons, and your capacity, then builds your strategy around them. When your work aligns with your natural rhythm, sustainability stops being something you strive for. It becomes the default.
The clearest decisions come from the quietest moments.
We live in a world designed to pull your attention in every direction at once. Presence is the antidote — and it's a skill, not a personality trait. Whether through breathwork, intentional rest, or simply learning to listen to what's actually true for you right now, presence is what separates reactive decisions from aligned ones. It's not about slowing down your business. It's about leading it with clarity.
Not just in business. In life.
Sustainable doesn't mean slow. It doesn't mean small. It means building something you can actually maintain — that grows with you instead of depleting you. It means making decisions that account for your energy, your capacity, and your life outside of work. Because a business that requires you to run on empty isn't a success. It's just a different kind of burnout.
The beliefs that fuel me every day. These are what make this work uniquely mine — and I stand by them, no matter what.
